Married at First Sight season 16 cast member Domynique Kloss got married and divorced to Mackinley "Mack" Gilbert, and the young real estate agent has been up to a lot since. Domynique got married to Mack in the Nashville, Tennessee, season of the show, which aired from January 2023 to June 2023. Married at First Sight season 16 saw five couples take the plunge to marry a stranger sight unseen at the altar, and the season was largely a failure and disappointment.
All but one of the couples, Nicole Lillenthal and Christopher Thielk, have gotten divorced. Season 16 came on the heels of Married at First Sight season 15 in San Diego, California, where none of those couples remained together. Season 16 did prove to provide moderate entertainment, as there was drama among the couples themselves. Moreover, there were many group outings among the pairs that gave viewers an impression of the group dynamic as a whole. Most of the season 16 men are still friends, and most of the season 16 women are also still close, Domynique excluded.

Domynique & Mack's MAFS Journey
They Had A Quick Divorce
Then-25-year-old Domynique and then-34-year-old Mack seemed to have chemistry when they met each other at that altar, with Mack saying Dom was his type physically. However, everything changed during the honeymoon when Dom thought that Mack wasn't adventurous enough for her. Dom made quick judgments about Mack without getting to know him properly and was very harsh in her critiques. Furthermore, Mack had just moved to Nashville and didn't have a place of his own yet, which turned Dom off.
Dom decided not to give their relationship a chance upon the moving-in-together portion of the eight-week-long experience. Mack thought Dom was giving up on their marriage too soon and discrediting him completely. MAFS expert Pastor Cal Roberson urged Dom to reconsider and give it more time, but she did not take his advice (via Lifetime.) Domynique, a self-proclaimed "old soul", was harped on by fans as being immature and a poor choice of casting given her immediate inclination to ditch the marriage without trying.
What Happened Between Domynique and Clint Webb?
Dom rejoined the couples later in the season and surprised everyone by her open attraction to Clint, who had married and divorced Gina Micheletti in Married at First Sight season 16. The pair shared a kiss in front of the season 16 group, which shocked viewers and the other cast members.
However, Dom and Clint's spark does not seem to have led anywhere, as Clint's Facebook status still says single, and Dom has not hinted at anything further between her and Clint on her social media.
Domynique Bought A House
She Appears To Be Thriving Post-MAFS
Domynique shared an Instagram post in December 2023 holding a bouquet of roses and a house key. She detailed that she had bought her first house. Dom didn't detail exactly how she was able to pull off buying a home, but she did have people to thank for her achievement. Dom is now 27 and has a major life accomplishment behind her.
"I’m so blessed to live the life I live. I would like to say thank you to my mom for always being supportive of my dreams and my amazing realtor."
What Does Domynique's Instagram Say About Her Current Life?
She Is Unbothered By Her Villain Status
Domynique was not received well by Married at First Sight fans for her early exit in her marriage without putting forth much effort. She also begrudged viewers and her cast mates with her decision to pursue Clint. However, Dom does not seem to be letting the negative light and reputation she secured affect how she feels now. In July 2024, Dom shared an unbothered solo pic in an all-denim dress for her high school reunion, signifying that she felt confident and unconcerned.
While Dom's fellow cast members Nicole, Gina, and Kirsten Grimes started a podcast together, Dom seems to be excluded from the season 16 girl clique. But she doesn't seem upset about it. Married at First Sight might not have been a positive experience for Domynique, but it has catapulted her in reality TV history and gained her a modicum of notoriety.
